WEBOBA

WeBoba is a mobile application born out of the need to enhance boba delivery services in my hometown. The platform enables users to conveniently place orders for pick-up or delivery from a variety of participating boba shops located nearby, ensuring a quick and efficient ordering experience.

THE CHALLENGE AT HAND

The 4th year has limited amount of time; he wants to place his boba order as he is finishing up class so that it is ready by the time he walks home. He is unable to do so as there is no current application that provides boba ordering services for surrounding stores.

THE INNOVATIVE FIX

WeBoba is created for users such as the 4th year. I have curated a flow from homepage to checkout that guides the user in placing an order with a seamless and quick experience.

WHAT’S NEXT?

I would love to test WeBoba on real-world users. I will conduct usability testing asking users to complete simple tasks such as using the search and filter order as well as placing an order. Overall, I want to know if WeBoba would be a successful app for Boba lovers (or first-time Boba tasters!) around the world.
